Enabling the progression of your clients

Your role includes acting as a gateway through which your clients will access other sources of advice, resources and information. You will therefore need to be up to date with your own resources and information, and be mindful of ensuring your own continuing professional development. By widening your resource and advice base, you can give your clients a broader range of support to draw upon.
